A fantastic sales team who helped and guided us through looking at several models. They couldn't do enough to make the process easier, including parking our car when we arrived, and patiently explaining all the functions of the new replacement.

Tony is an excellent salesman, giving honest and useful advice. He spent considerable time answering my endless questions during purchase and handover. The fact that during handover we did not need a BMW Genius shows Tony can do it all himself.

Car service was professionally carried out and efficient. The price shown on the BMW app of £475.08 is misleading as you have to go through 4 more screens to find hidden costs. Deceptive practice is not appreciated.

My 2 previous servicing experience were not particularly great. This one has been far better. Even the process of leaving the vehicle and keys, with a welcoming staff member made all the difference. For the first time i felt reassured.
